Alcoa Introduces New Non-Adhesive Aluminum Packaging Metal Foil

Alcoa, a global manufacturer of aluminum products, announced that the company's new packaging foil - Renault packaging material is the world's first non-adhesive metal foil for the frozen food industry.
Renault packaging foils are coated with a food-safe, non-stick surface that allows heating, freezing and storage of food.
According to the company’s announcement, such products will appear in the US food packaging market and compete with other similar products. According to estimates, the value of the market is as high as $1.7 billion.
